We formed a Credit Union wide Steering Committee to guide the overall direction, we created content policies and guidelines, we trained individuals on how to create content and we turned them loose.   Two of us took on the role of Content Police, just in case...  So, far (several years of operation) we&#039;ve never had a case where the cops found a need to take action.  The one huge exception is that individuals needed help in reducing the size of their JPG&#039;s.  Posting a 7 meg picture is a sure way to bring your site to a crawl (bandwith issue).</description>
